1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yes Win platform, including all services, games, promotions and content available through our website and mobile application. These Terms apply to all Yes Win platform users without exception.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the Yes Win platform, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be a valid citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not currently listed on any gambling platform's self-exclusion register;
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity;
• Not subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online gambling activities.

Yes win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document;
• A valid national identification number (MyKad);
• Accurate date of birth;
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name;
• A valid and active email address;
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and/or account closure without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at yes win. This includes any attempt to register more than one account using the same name, phone number, IP address, device, bank account, or other related details. Any duplicate accounts found will be closed immediately, and all balances — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at yes win's sole discretion.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Yes win accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet;
• GrabPay;
• Boost;
• ShopeePay;
• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR transfers);
• FPX (Online Payment Service via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks).

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for standard deposits; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification in accordance with yes win's KYC procedures. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals at Yes Win are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name;
• New members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed;
• Processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and 15 minutes to 1 hour for bank transfers, depending on the time of request;
• Yes win reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if there are signs of suspicious activity, pending the outcome of an investigation;
• All winnings derived from bonuses must meet the rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the Yes Win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Yes Win does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than RM will be automatically declined by the system.

4Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and reward offers provided by yes win are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in each individual offer;
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements;
• Yes win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in error or as a result of a technical fault;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure;

4.2 Rollover Requirements

For Sports Betting covering badminton, Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and e-sports, the odds displayed are live odds that may change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.

6Member Conduct

Yes Win members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and integrity while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language in chat or communications with staff;
• Attempting to collude with other players in poker or casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Sharing your account login credentials with any party;
• Filing unsubstantiated chargeback claims through a payment provider;
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity conducted through the yes win platform.

7Account Privacy & Security

8Account Suspension & Closure

• A request by the member themselves to close their account;

If an account is closed due to a violation, any ineligible balance (including winnings from bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) may be forfeited. Funds legitimately earned without any violation will be returned at yes win's discretion once the investigation is concluded.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the yes win platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, text, gaming software, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of yes win or its respective content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Yes Win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any content on the platform;
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any game software;
• Using the yes win trade name or logo without prior written authorisation;

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yes Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that do not go in your favour;

Yes win's maximum total liability to any member in any given case shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gambling
